1.Take lead of concept, basic and detailed engineering of CSA.

2. Preparation & implementation of tailored solution according to concept development from the analysis of customer needs & problems

3. Develops, reviews and adapts structure and architecture engineering.

4. Develops, reviews and adapts plot plans, Fire fighting and underground piping.

5. Checking and approving of workshop drawing for steel structure.

6. RFQ for CSA engineering and construction.

7. Technical and commercial clarification of vendor quotations

8. Supervise site CSA construction from schedule, quality, cost and field engineering.

9. Technical review to building equipements such as elevator, dock level, racks and so on.

10. Supports permitting process from CSA parts.

11.A thorough and in-depth understanding of civil engineering for chemical plants as well as generally a very good understanding for specialized and related engineering areas such as GPP, architecture, structure, fire fighting, underground piping and HVAC in order to support execute projects, greenfield projects as well as revamping projects.

12. Good knowledge at structure calculation and architecture engineering.

13. Basic knowledge for the GPP, Fire Fighting, underground piping and HVAC.

14. Knowledge of GB Code and local standards, and local project experience on engineering, procurement and construction aspects to utilize the local practice in economic and technical aspects.

15.A good understanding of the interdependencies between technical aspects, scheduling and financial matters,

16. Experiences in change management (project changes initiated by ** project owner).

17. Knowledge how to handle interdisciplinary teams of engineers, procurement and financial people as well as project owners

18.Experiences in project management related to CSA, site construction and coordination, field engineering

任职要求：

1. University or Bachelor degree in structure engineering or Architecture engineering.

2. 5-10 years working experience in related field, more than 10years is preferred.

3. Engineering experiences in design institute is preferred.

4. At least 3 years owner’s engineer experience in related field.

5. Good at Autocad, Microsoft like Word, Excel and PPT.

6. Knowledge of Tekla and BIM is preferred.

7.Fluent in English, verbally and in written. Good language skill, including oral communication with international partners (e.g. colleagues, customers and suppliers).

8.The ambition and the commitment to work very closely with people with different background and different nationalities in order to promote a “real team spirit” is essential.

9.Familiar with Chinese standards and codes and experience in their practical application during execution projects locally.

10. Willing to business travel in APN and/or international.
