- Manage staff personnel and job movement records
- Facilitate Relevant Intermediaries registration
- Maintain Connected Person's information
- Handle Group Medical, Life & PA and Employee Compensation Insurance
- Participate in HR ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Work experience in human resources within Bank, financial institutions or sizeable organizations preferable (Fresh graduates will be considered as Senior Clerk)
- Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong
- A good team player with an open mindset
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficient in Putonghua
- Familiar with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
