Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff personnel and job movement records
  • Facilitate Relevant Intermediaries registration
  • Maintain Connected Person's information
  • Handle Group Medical, Life & PA and Employee Compensation Insurance
  • Participate in HR ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Work experience in human resources within Bank, financial institutions or sizeable organizations preferable (Fresh graduates will be considered as Senior Clerk)
  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong
  • A good team player with an open mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficient in Putonghua
  • Familiar with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
