Responsibilities:

• Preparation and follow-up of purchase orders
• Coordinate with factory on tracking quality and production
• Inventory control & update
• Prepare shipping documents, I/E declaration and L/C

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred, less experience will also be considered.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Self-motivated, proactive and well organized.
• Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM and Sat: 8:30AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week,

Working in Chai Wan.
