Job Description

Responsibility:


  • Open new files for clients
  • Answer phone/counter inquiries
  • Check out and return files according to requests (forwarded through network)
  • Store the previous year(s) files in warehouse
  • Transfer files to filing room in other office locations
  • Self-check file info. input, make sure all fields are completely and accurately input


Requirement:


  • Over 5 years working experience
  • Proficient at using Word, Excel, and other office software and office equipment
  • Dedicated at work with good team work spirits and strong sense of service and responsibility
  • Good communication skills and adaptability
  • Adequate in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
  • With related experience in administration or service industries is preferred
