Job Description
Responsibility:
Open new files for clients- Answer phone/counter inquiries
- Check out and return files according to requests (forwarded through network)
- Store the previous year(s) files in warehouse
- Transfer files to filing room in other office locations
- Self-check file info. input, make sure all fields are completely and accurately input
Requirement:
Over 5 years working experience- Proficient at using Word, Excel, and other office software and office equipment
- Dedicated at work with good team work spirits and strong sense of service and responsibility
- Good communication skills and adaptability
- Adequate in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- With related experience in administration or service industries is preferred
