Responsibilities:

• Preparation and follow-up of purchase orders
• Coordinate with factory on tracking quality and production
• Inventory control & update
• Prepare shipping documents, I/E declaration and L/C

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• 3 years of relevant experience, less experience will also be considered
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 5 – 5.5 working days per week
