Our client is a worldwide renowned group undergoing extensive projects in Hong Kong. Due to their rapid expansion, they are now looking for experienced individuals for the (Senior) Inspector of Works, Civilposition for their upcoming significant projects in Hong Kong.

about the job.

You will oversee the construction teams to ensure the safe and effective implementation of construction works. Apart from that, you will have to monitoring the work progress against the Works Programme and report directly to the Management on site problems. Ensuring the consistent preparation and maintenance of site records for safety, quality and resources and driving the contractors on continuous improvement in safety performance and a safe working culture are also expected.

skills & experiences required.

• High Certificate or above in Civil / Structural Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Be able to inspect in detail, report concisely, interpret clearly and record completely
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Project Inspector
