Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the Client Servicing Corporate and Individual Teams
• Manage tracking and reporting of existing clients account and revenue, and oversee shortlisted large accounts
• Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement to ensure client satisfaction                           
• Manage existing client renewal target is achieved            
• Create and develop commercial opportunities with existing clients maximizing account and revenue growth
• Manage and keep track of referral lead given to business developers
• Manage tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service         
• Give business related advisory to senior management for corporate decision making
• Ensure the compliance and regulatory standards are met
• Maintain competent insurance advisor status through regular compulsory courses           
• Assist senior management on ad hoc projects and to deploy company strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years’ client servicing experience in insurance industry with 2 years managerial experience
• Strong market agility and team leadership
• Customer oriented and drive for excellence
• High decision making and problem-solving skills
• Proven technical know-how and professional
• Self-motivated & able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken and written English, fluent in Mandarin or other language is advantage
• University degree or equivalent is preferred
• Proficient in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Possessed qualifications in IIQE

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Client Service Manager
