Job Objective: As a Senior CRA you will have full site management responsibility, to oversee site compliance, performance and trends. Use critical thinking skills and experience to plan on-site, off-site visits and using a Risk Based Monitoring Approach. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned sites and study(s), to ensure the successful execution of site management and monitoring deliverables including; monitoring, identify site issues to develop solutions and audit readiness Provide local regulatory requirement expertise, according to clinical study agreements May be responsible for being the country point of contact for CROs for an assigned study. May participate/lead in global/local task forces and initiatives Independently researching and staying abreast of new and evolving guidelines Qualifications Education: Bachelors or equivalent degree, health related (e.g. Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy) preferred Site Monitoring Experience Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex issues from multiple perspectives and drive smart decision making Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively and with clarity, flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements, resourcefulness and creativity.
