Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor to handle day-to-day operation of clubhouse
• Supervise a team to provide high quality services to residents, including facility booking services and festival promotional activities implementation, etc.
• Plan and organize clubhouse functions as well as purchase materials
• Maintain good relationship with residents by providing excellent customer services
• Assist in handling pre-management work of new residential property
• Handle other ad hoc duties and assignment

Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder or above in Sports & Recreation, Hospitality Management or other relevant disciplines
• 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience, preferable gained in new residential clubs or hotels
• Proactive, creative and passionate in lifestyle programs / events
• Well-organized and service-oriented
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Shift duty is required
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Clubhouse Officer
• Location: Tai Po District
