Early Childhood Education

The appointee is expected to (a) serve as the Programme Leader of Early Childhood Education programmes; (b) undertake teaching duties including practicum and project supervision; (c) monitor fieldwork practice; (d) provide academic guidance and consultation for students; (e) engage in programme planning and coordination; and (f) perform other programme related duties including programme promotion for admission, coordination of student activities, etc.

Requirements
Applicants should have (i) a master’s degree or above in relevant disciplines; (ii) relevant teaching experience; and (iii) working experience in related industries, strong connection with industries and experience in supervising internship scheme. Applicants who have experience in teaching or curriculum development in higher education setting in Early Childhood Education will be preferred.

Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Fringe Benefits
Commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity. Appointment will be made on fixed-term contract, which will be renewable subject to mutual agreement.
