Our client is one of the leading Property Developers in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for a Senior Commercial Manager for the upcoming development projects across Hong Kong and China.

You will be responsible to:

• Manage and supervise teams of in-house QS and Consultant QS on all Quantity Surveying and contractual related duties for the land bid exercise and development projects of the Company
• Coordinate with the development office to implement the delivery of projects and works
• Make certain that all construction work is in line with the company’s overall vision of the project by maintaining frequent contact with consultants and the construction team
• Assess and monitor construction programme and ensure that all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget and at a high level of quality

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying
• Qualified Member of the HKIS/RICS
• Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience with at least the last 5 years in a senior position
• Familiarity with building regulations and property development procedures
• An understanding of construction processes, practice and standards
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
