Senior Commercial Project Manager will lead Commercial Project Execution team in a project of Business Unit Transmission Solutions, which is responsible for execution and completion of Grid Stations projects in line with time, cost, and quality requirements of the contract. Senior Commercial Project Manager will: Ensure that project financial results, according to set targets, are managed with due professional care and optimize the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments. Ensure compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local GAAP requirements. Ensure all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities are performed in time and with required standards. Together with the Project Manager (PM), proactively set up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager. Support the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities. Support PM to select and involve partners / subcontractors. Actively communicate with customer's commercial management and manage solution of commercial issues. Represent the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally. Agree targets with commercial project staff, and delegates defined responsibilities and authorities. Perform according to the Business Conduct Guidelines/ Siemens’ internal procedures and support in establishing a culture of trust and integrity. Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! Degree in Finance related fields from a reputable university. 6-8 years’ experience in construction projects. PM@Siemens certification. Leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal/ communication skills. Fluency (Verbal and Written) in English. Knowledge of expertise Strong analytical and data gathering skills. Proficiency in financial modeling techniques. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and advance knowledge of MS Excel formula and functions. Personal skills Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. Good business acumen. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Be comfortable interacting with executive-level management. Passionate about developing people and nurturing talent. Language skills Fluency in Urdu & English What else do you need to know?
