職務說明

• Assisting the Head of Compliance of Taiwan to manage/handle new regulations update and consultation papers from regulators

• Assisting to review and handle any new hire/ ad-hoc pre-clearance or report / quarterly and annual certifications in Personal Trading System application (PTA);Performing compliance surveillance monitoring

• Assisting the Head of Compliance to manage/handle product matters related to funds, including the new fund registration, private placement as well as business

• Reviewing Prospectuses, Offering Documents (including IIS), investor notes and marketing materials for fund products

• Preparing regulatory filings related to the registered funds in Taiwan

• Assisting to perform AML/KYC related work and review on-going name screening for AML/PEP/suspicious individuals

• Assisting to review and monitor Sales Agents in Taiwan on a periodic basis

• Assisting to arrange training on offshore funds due to regulatory requirements

• Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned

* 3-5 years solid experience in Compliance role within the finance industry; * Experience in offshore fund business; * Good organising & prioritizing skills. Able to handle multi-tasks; * Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; * Strong communication skills. Able to communicate with all levels. A proactive style to develop constructive internal and external relationships; * Self-motivated. Can work independently as well as in a team; * Enthusiastic and energetic, with a commitment to succeed; * Resourceful, with a 'can do' work attitude; * Resilient. Able to adapt to change and highly flexible towards work requirements; * Prior experience in communicating with overseas office is an advantage; * Fluent English is a plus; * Legal background is a plus
