Job Description

 Responsibilities

  • Provide quality and efficient information and reception desk services to our tenants and visitors
  • Handling inquiries and complaints, problems solving and to provide the necessary follow-up to ensure tenant and visitor satisfaction

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree Holder or above with at least 5 years customer services experience in property management /hospitality management or related field is an advantage;
  • Good spoken and written in Cantonese, Putunghua and English is a definite plus;
  • Highly customer-focused approach, with the drive to provide the highest level of client service;
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
  • Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Concierge Officer.
