Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide quality and efficient information and reception desk services to our tenants and visitors
- Handling inquiries and complaints, problems solving and to provide the necessary follow-up to ensure tenant and visitor satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree Holder or above with at least 5 years customer services experience in property management /hospitality management or related field is an advantage;
- Good spoken and written in Cantonese, Putunghua and English is a definite plus;
- Highly customer-focused approach, with the drive to provide the highest level of client service;
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
- Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable.
