• Client: Property Developer
• Position: Senior Construction Manager / Construction Manager
  
• Location: Hong Kong OR China
• Responsibilities: Monitor contractors' (Building / E&M) performance, site progress, quality of works, etc.
• $45K+. Bonus. Medical. Accommodation & Allowance.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Relevant professional qualification preferred
• 10 years solid site experience gained from main contractor or property developer for sizable new building projects.
• Solid experience in building and E&M works.
• PRC project experience is required and willing to travel or station for China position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Construction Manager
