Our client is a renowned and leading property developer with continuous residential developments in Hong Kong. To support their new development projects, it is hiring a Senior Construction Manager to look after the site and construction management. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with project management team to ensure construction progress, quality, budget and time.
• To ensure the construction works comply with the contract documentations and contracts drawings.
• Monitor and advise on construction planning, programme and workmanship.
• Conduct site inspections on contractor’s work to ensure the quality of works, safety and environmental precaution measures carried out in compliance with the contract document and statutory regulations.
• Liaise with the Property Management and relevant parties for the building testing & commissioning, handover activities and follow up the status of defects rectification.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Degree in Building / Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years’ in building / construction industry with at least 6 years site supervision and management experience
• Good leadership, site management and communication skills.
• Good PC knowledge.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
