As the talent provider for our customers, you will be responsible for partnering with our customers and internal team to profile the position, source for and select suitable candidates to achieve successful placement. In addition you will manage and grow your existing client base to achieve greater client and industry penetration. This position is based at our Shanghai office in prestigious Nanjing Road. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience in the specific industry niche.

Day-to-day responsibilities
- Independently conducting business development and sourcing new clients
- Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts
- Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs
- Delivering recruitment services of exceptional quality to multinational clients
- Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and profiling candidates and making representations to clients
- Negotiating terms of employment
- Managing client relationships
- Mentoring junior staff
- Using all efforts to drive revenues
