Job Description

• Overall 7+ years of development experience with minimum 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience
• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and communities.
• Salesforce Development/Customizations, Lightning Components experience
• Design and implement solutions demonstrating Salesforce out of box features
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Design and improve internal development methodologies
• Propose technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed those goals.
• Analyze business requirements and create technical design documents that are in accordance with the company's architecture standards.
• Demonstrates strong understanding of the business needs driving the projects.

Required skills :

• Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and communities
• Experience of taking business requirements and designing solution
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with modern development practices and the software creation process
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities, meet deadlines and produce quality results under pressure.

Educational background:

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

PREFERABLE INDUSTRY : IT
