ABOUT THE ROLE

Problem Management

• Proactive and Reactive Problem management in the application (s)
• Provide root Cause analysis and end to end resolution
• Trend Analysis of tickets and tasks
• Report the effort and benefit to stakeholders

Service Introduction

• Lead the service introduction from a GTC operational perspective and support CSM
• Help CSM on service design
• Market pull demand planning with RAM on a regular basis and lead execution
• Application capacity planning and reporting
• Application Performance monitoring and reporting
• Service Catalogue Management
• Coordination with stakeholders like desk support, COE and AM SMEs to refine and own service catalogue

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2-3 years of techno functional working experience in Astra Zeneca Commercial IT systems/platforms like Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault Promomats
• In depth knowledge of Astra Zeneca and Commercial IT ITSM and AD processes.
• In depth knowledge of Veeva, SnapLogic, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, PostGRES
• Lean/Six Sigma certifications and experience, Knowledge of AZ Lean methodology, ITIL Certification
• Having knowledge in Mulesoft and AWS added advantage.
