ABOUT THE ROLE

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to maximise system exploitations and optimise business solutions
• Lead improvement projects to improve service delivery for customers
• lead the effort to work with the business to identify functional and technical requirements
• Lead the translation of business requirements into design specifications
• Work with the technical delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood
• Monitor and ensure that requirements are met, tested and implemented
• Ensure new solutions meet the needs of customers
• Support UAT and manage introduction of new solutions to customers

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Significant professional experience in IS/IT is essential with strong focus on business analysis and business relationship management
• Understanding cloud solutions and service models such as platform and software as a service and how they interface to other systems
• Understanding of forecasting methods and demand planning management and be familiar with SAP APO Demand Planning, and have an appreciation of S&OP and IBP.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Conformable working with excel analytical functionalities and data manipulation
• Ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional and geographically dispersed teams
• Clear communication, facilitation and partner management
• Demonstrable ability to build strategic working relationships with senior internal customers, peers and vendors regardless of organizational boundaries
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to deliver developments to tight deadlines
• User requirement gathering and testing experience, such as test cases, regression testing and end to end process
• Innovative and critically thinking driving performance
• Work independent, plan and manage their own activities to meet deliverables and deadlines
• Clear understanding of innovative digital technologies such as BOT automations
• Good written and verbal skills, fluent English
• Good to have
• SAP APO and MDG experience
• Supply Chain experience
• PowerBI and other BI tools
• Demonstrable experience working in Agile projects and Agile ways of working for delivery of developments
• Additional verbal/written languages would be an advantage
• Requirements management:
• Deliver software enhancements and improvements, and support testing
• Assisting to prioritise and deliver Design Authority meetings
• Support the development of reports and KPI’s within V4Cast
• Knowledge Organizational change / Incident management / Problem Management, Service Level Agreements (SLA) / Operation Level Agreements (OLA) and their priorities
• Technical BA support:
• Working with V4cast (Board technology), which is a global system and used across multiple time zones.
• Development and Support of the key inbound and outbound interfaces with V4Cast including:
• Co-ordination of developments across a number of systems: Globalscape, SOA, SAP PI and Snap Logic for Interface developments
• Co-ordinate developments with both external suppliers and the internal AZ development team
• Documentation creation including both user documentation, support and training material
