ABOUT THE ROLE

• Provide Functional and Technical Leadership to AZ Internal territory alignment platform (AZAP)
• Implementation of design solutions for enhancement of the capabilities of Java BPM, AWS & Integration as per various Market needs
• Lead development and deploy activities through its life cycle
• Perform analysis for proposing solution/technical design for various market requirements
• Help refine business requirements, set priorities, sprint planning, manage expectations, resolve issues, and work with the other members of the technical team to deliver solutions.
• Create project deliverables and standards (e.g., including process standards)
• Manage deployment plans and delivery /project timelines
• Willing to learn and adopted new technologies in short period of time as required by the Project
• Mange external vendor recourses and relationship with Service through Smooth transition
• Proactive analysis and interaction on product issues with SaaS providers such as Reltio, VEEVA, BPM, UI, integration and other AZ leveraged platforms downstream of AZAP.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum 5-7 years with direct hands-on experience working within with Java, J2EE.
• Good knowledge in framework like JPA, Hibernate and Spring Boot.
• Experience in Jboss Developer Studio (JBDS) & Eclipse
• Extensive working experience in writing queries with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL (or similar).
• Good understanding of End to end architecture and deployment of Java Application
• Experience with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket
• Experience in Build Management Tool like Maven.
• Experience in testing framework like Junit
• Experience with REST Web Services.
• Experience in working Agile methodology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• Good functional understanding of Pharma Business process
• Knowledge of Integration and AWS components
• Ability to analyze business need and solve complex problems
• Ability to plan and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to decipher highly technical data
• Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing work environment
