ABOUT THE ROLE
- Single point of contact responsible for service delivery of Commercial IT Compliance applications
- Manage Incident, Service Request from regions and related communication
- Support Application Manager (AM) on RCA and Problem management
- Liaison with Application Manager (AM) to plan and execute Continuous Service Improvements
- Assist in requirement analysis, effort estimation and solution/technical design for enhancements
- Advanced trouble shooting, break fix for issues spanning Reltio and related integrations
- Work with regional application managers (RAM) and commercial service managers (SDM) to understand market perceptions and deliver service
- Maintain Service levels - deliver service as per KPI to different markets
- People management, work with and manage a team of experts in service team , align the goals and evaluate against achievement. Groom the junior technical members
- Support SDM on resource Due Diligence and estimations for new scope of support
- Support SDM on Service Capacity planning
- Work with Application Manager (AM), Project Managers and Centre of Excellence(COE) service assurance to take on new or additional services to production environment (service introduction)
- Manage service Change requests (CR) and Post deployment Activities(PDA)
- Develop and practice Service/Change Catalogue between COE and Service team
- Manage changes to production environment as appropriate e.g. Patch management
- Service KPI Performance reporting
- Plan and Manage regular service events like Sales Cycle planning and execution
- Monitoring applications, systems & interfaces and ensure data quality across systems supported
- Work with internal IT and Shared support to ensure adequate infrastructure is available for service support
- Proactive analysis, validation & working on product issues with SaaS providers such as AWS
Essential skills required
- Experience of working in Sales & Marketing Portfolio preferably in Life Sciences Industry.
- Good functional understanding and hands on experience (5-6 years) on BI technologies and AWS
- 3-4 years of techno functional working experience in Astra Zeneca Commercial IT Compliance applications/platforms.
- In depth knowledge of Astra Zeneca and Commercial IT ITSM and AD processes
- Good understanding of Global ASPEN application
- Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare and review functional specifications.
- Exposure is essential to highly customized Reltio environments and working on collaborate with other systems.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management.
- Ability to work in large, diverse and globally distributed teams and leading them
- Understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a validated environment.
- Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, Well versed in English
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
