ABOUT THE ROLE

• Strong Knowledge in Java, REST API and API development
• Working knowledge in Degreed, Xyleme administration, integration and release activities
• Knowledge of Saba Cloud L3 and related web-based training standards such as SCORM, AICC etc.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting eLearning content (all formats), bulk uploads, build integrations, Perform impact analysis based on release notes, document and resolve incidents and problem tickets.
• Excellent analytical and questioning skills to support effective and creative problem solving.
• Knowledge on ITIL Framework, understanding of incident, problem, change and release management process.
• Ability to liaise with multiple stake holders including users, infrastructure/middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors for resolving issues and potential process improvements.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Exposure to adaptive learning technologies is desirable
• Knowledge in MuleSoft, RDBMS, and MicroStrategy is desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge in IT Service management and Experience working on ITSM tools like Service Now
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives
• Eager to learn and develop new tech skills as required
• Demonstrable Customer focus and ability to work under pressure
• A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy and resilience
• Desired Academic Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
