ABOUT THE ROLE
- Coach & develop team members in their technical, business and leadership skills
- Review quality of code, communications, solution designs etc. by team members, includes ensuring effective downstream integration and ensuring data quality is fit for business purposes
- Drive improvement ideas and innovation by collaborating with other team members in Commercial, AZIT and beyond (e.g. with Vendor virtual customer communities & Vendor Technical Support)
- Identify which CRS are feasible to deliver by COE, per release, based on combination of business priority, technical assessment and COE resource availability
- Find out Business priority via CCB VTCs & building close relationships with Architects & Business
- Ensure tech assessments are completed for each CR and logged in JIRA
- Assign COE resources to prioritized CRs
- If there is a CR which Business has prioritized as high, but which COE can’t deliver in the current release cycle, provide options to the Business
- Postpone until future release
- Ask Service Team to provide some resources to assist with AD
- Ask Vendor to support
- Perform analysis for proposing solution/technical design for various market requirements
- Implementation of design solutions for enhancement of the capabilities of RELTIO as per various Market needs
- Advanced troubleshooting spanning RELTIO and related integrations
- Co-ordination with Test and Release engineering team for defect management and successful deployment of the enhancements to the production tenants.
- Proactive analysis and interaction on product issues with SaaS providers such as RELTIO, Veeva, and other AZ leveraged platforms downstream of RELTIO.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience of working in Sales & Marketing Portfolio preferably in Life Sciences Industry should have managed or Ownership and accountable for any successful delivery.
- Technical hands on experience in:
- Experience with Java Programming Language and OOPS concepts.
- Experience or hands on experience in reltio or similar MDM tools ..
- Hands on experience on Rest Services.
- Amazon Web Services environment experience (S3, LAMBDA, DATAPIPELINE, EMR (Hive, Pig & Hadoop)) – nice to have.
- Good understanding of Data Process Flow Configurations & Designs
- Experience with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, SourceTree
- Experience with Web Services Integration and API’s.
- Experience in working Agile methodology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Work as a member of a team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to decipher highly technical data
- Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing work environment
