Position: Senior Foreign Consultant (American Dream Station Program)
Base location: Beijing
Help high school students plan and prepare for their applications to top universities in America. Our focus is to not only help students successfully apply to the colleges that are most suitable to their own personal interests, but also to help them better understand their own goals for the future, so that they are ready to take on the challenges of college from day 1. We are looking for consultants with strong passions in mentorship and education. The job requires knowledge in American higher education, skills in communication with students, and creativity in activity planning.

Responsibilities
1.Provide consulting services to high school students who are applying to American universities.
2.Assist students in planning out their academic and test schedules, extracurricular activities and application process.
3.Lead seminars focused on providing details related to the American college application process.
4.Develop and innovate new components to the program based on the needs of the market.
5.Collect and organize data related to Chinese student applications to better understand the upcoming trends.

Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Must be a native English speaker
3.Passion for mentorship and education.
4.Knowledge of American higher education and the application process to top universities.
5.Outstanding leadership, creativity, planning ability and executive force.
6.Strong communication skills and problem solving skills.
7.Strong public speaking ability.
8.Time management skills and multi-tasking ability.
9.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
