You will be responsible for service and delivery to one or multiple clients within the Fund Accounting area of specialization. You will facilitate the efforts of the team and other internal stakeholders to coordinate resources, ensure timely delivery of reports/information and issue-resolution, whilst effectively communicating client concerns and needs to partners.
What you will do
- Manage large and/or complex projects such as strategic change management, new business/product initiatives, process re-engineering, merger and acquisitions integration and provides multi-disciplinary consulting service such as marketing and technology to business groups.
- Provide technical expertise for new or complex products/services and oversees the implementation of new processes to support products/services; ensuring that client needs are met.
- Ensures and maintains client service levels to dedicated clients by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of reports/information, including management reporting. This will require attending operational meetings both internally and externally with key clients.
- Cultivates and maintains strong working relationships with Relationship Managers, Client Service Delivery Managers and other Service Managers regionally and globally to ensure client service needs are met consistently.
- Identify and address service issues as and when they arise and assist clients and partners with complex problem resolution.
Your Knowledge/Skills:
- Extensive Global Funds Service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Putonghua and/or Cantonese preferred but not necessary
- Strong technical knowledge of Fund Accounting ideally degree educated in a Finance Discipline, ideally with Cayman Funds or Alternatives (Alts)
- Demonstrated Client Servicing and Stakeholder Management
- Advanced Analytical and Problem Solving skills
