Roles & Responsibilities

• Work as a subject expert or fieldwork in-charge to deliver consulting assignments to financial institutions client on-schedule and with high quality
• Planning, implementation, and process optimisation of enterprise risk management for financial institutions
• Operational risk, compliance risk and internal control management consulting
• Assistance to perform internal audit for financial institutions
• Coach junior team members and provide advice on procedures/work methods.
• Assist associate director or above to identify and transform risk management, internal control, and internal audit related opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent disciplines
• 3~7 years’ experience in banking, securities, insurance and professional financial services advisory, or other risk management department in financial institutions
• Advisory working experiences in big 4 is a plus
• FRM, CFA or equivalent is a plus
