? Responsible for performing a typical consulting job engagement with major Economic Zone Area/SOE

? Work as module leader independently including developing detailed work plans, manage status, etc

? Strong skills in interviews through cold call and coaching team members to arrange interviews through cold call

? Identify, assess and resolve issues/problems

? Prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards

? Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables

? Coach junior team members and provide advice on procedures/work methods to individuals who may be at the same level

? Supporting our other lines of services as appropriate and necessary

? Assist our practice in business development work, such as proposal preparation and part of the team for bidding of global / regional opportunities

Qualification:

? Bachelor degree or above, Science or Engineering major is preferred, major in urban planning is a plus.

? 3-4 years or above related experience in industry research, strategic analysis, or market research field in a reputable firm or corporation background

? Good knowledge in any of the following areas: strategy, market entry, investment analysis, skills with organization design/performance measurement is a plus. Be familiar with any of these industries is a plus: manufacturing, health and medical care, real estate, etc.

? Strong analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service

? Iinnovative by nature, while handling multiple stakeholders and often tight deadlines requires outstanding energy, determination, and judgment

? Problem-solving skills, helping clients solve tough problems, this requires strong intellectual abilities and rigor, a good and practical business sense in complex business situation.

? Lead themselves, their analyst staff, their communities—and foster effective teamwork in order to drive results for clients and positive change in complex business environment.

? Mature, proactive and committed

? Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin Chinese, and preferably English, good documentation and presentation skills

? Can accept business travel, base in Shanghai
