ABOUT THE ROLE

• Defines Target State, Gaps, Roadmap and Solutions Options and recommendations (via Solution Blueprint)
• Works with Business and System Analyst, Enterprise Architecture , System and Infrastructure Engineering functions to support functional requirements management & lead technical requirements management
• Ensure alignment with existing EA Principles, Blueprints, Roadmaps and Guidelines and compliance with EA Software Standards
• Participate in Architecture Assessments & Reviews as a Subject Matter Expert
• Contributing to the creation of estimates for solution delivery and provides expertise to validate third party estimates and hence ensure value for money
• Review and assurance of subsequent designs and specifications delivered including functional and Non-functional
• Assists Technical Lead and System teams to identify the minimum permissions required by robots to carry out their role.
• Works with Developers to identify the most effective and robust design of the robot, to optimize robot operation and minimize the impact of cosmetic changes to applications
• Provide Expertise to build Solution Description Document and PQD
• Ensures Bot configurators are adopting best practice (e.g. coding standards, policies, security)
• Is a primary escalation route for technical delivery issues
• Supports technical conversations with senior stakeholders and business side (process owners and SMEs)
• Reviews and approves code developed by bot configurators and validate from the perspective of optimization and cost benefit
• Pro-actively identify and report improvements for the service

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Overall 10 to 12 years of IT Experience
• Knowledge of any one Technology Stack such as A360/AA2019, MS Power platform
• Hands on working experience in Automation Anywhere and Certified in the same.
• Strong Technical writing, Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills and willingness to demonstrate high availability during critical delivery timelines
• Experience in delivering superlative solutions for critical application oriented projects
• Assist automation support team by providing expert suggestion on Infrastructure or Architectural issues
• Familiarity in SDLC methodologies (Classic, Agile methodologies etc) , UI Path and Blue Prism (Or any other RPA tools)
• Responsible for completing the Application Life Cycle plans for individual applications, which incorporate all attributes of the technology stack, to the required level of detail.
• Deep knowledge on applications like iBPMS, Process mining etc
• Exposure to Data analytical tools such as power BI/MSTR/qlikview
• Has primary responsibility for maintaining and updating relevant documentation associated to Robotic Solution Delivery
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Stays abreast of the development in area of professional competence.
• TOGAF certification is an added advantage
• Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture, AA platform management
