ABOUT THE ROLE

• Develop detailed project plans, project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks
• Build a strong working relationship with the key managers and account management/ service management in the IT services organization
• Ensure internal service provider deliver all required services according to agreed processes and procedures
• Manage customer expectations, report project status and stakeholder relationships
• Manage changing scope (i.e. change management), risk and project acceptance criteria
• Obtain feedback at critical milestones and at project completion
• Utilise project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Provide effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
• Lead agile projects and DevOps teams with focus on Pharmacovigilance platform

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management & Pharmacovigilance
• Proficient experience in preparation of project plans with budget & resource requirements
• Very good knowledge of agile project procedures (e.g. SCRUM / SAFe), DevOps, project management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural team
• Very good knowledge of stakeholder management, requirements management, test management
• Working experience in both build and deployment integration type of projects
• Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural team
• Proficient experience with Jira (or alternative tool) as a tool for leading an agile team
