Responsibilities:

• Using of practical MEP engineering knowledge to develop sustainable and innovative building designs
• Undertake design on sustainable building, building physics, Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) and renewable energy engineering projects
• Contribute to the development of integrated designs with in-house architectural, MEP and facades teams, specifically in the areas of green and smart designs

Qualifications and Experiences required:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Energy Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines
• Corporate membership of relevant professional institution(s)
• At least 3 years of post chartered experience for the position of Senior Consultant / Senior Engineer; at least 1 year of post chartered experience for the position of Consultant / Engineer
• Relevant industry experience in district cooling system, sustainable building services design, energy efficient system design, ESD or Building Physics within a consulting business environment
• Demonstrated experience with design of sustainable buildings, and preferably experience with BREEAM/LEED/WELL/BEAM Plus/CGBL
• Be able to undertake project and technical analysis and report on results
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua would be an advantage
