Project Manager, Orchestrated Customer Engagement

IQVIA Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) is a solution that connects sales, marketing, medical and other functions to help life sciences companies transform to a new orchestrated commercial model.

It supports customer-facing roles such as sales representatives, MSLs and KAMs with functionality that goes far beyond traditional CRM and marketing automation. OCE provides unmatched mobile access, advanced intelligence and digital marketing capabilities that enable brand marketers to run sophisticated multi-channel campaigns and the field to trigger compliant non-personal touchpoints.

What to expect:

As project lead, you will take lead to develop and implement our OCE solution to enable fact-based management for senior executives, sales force leadership, marketing, and commercial/distribution management in the pharmaceutical and related industries client.

A typical day may involve:

• Presentation development, client meetings, and proposal writing.
• Review and analyse client problems/requirements, contribute to the development of wining solutions for clients.
• Lead phases of client projects of various size and complexity.
• Lead in OCE local project design and implementation.
• Participate in analytical projects – might involve basic statistical concepts.
• Provide project leadership & contribute to practice knowledge building efforts.

Our ideal candidate: Essential experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. MBA prefer.
• 8+ years of related experience. Consulting experience highly valued.
• Solid experiences in lead, design and implementation CRM system projects. With Sales Force and projects in pharmaceutical industry highly valued.
• Strong communication skills & management experience
• Software development skills (Understand):
  • Salesforce.com solution, architecture
  • Executive, sales force, and brand management dashboard design and implementation
