Senior Content Strategist
Key skills: Native English speaker, content strategist, marketing communication, good understandings of English consumer behaviour
Location: London/Hangzhou, China (Applicants must be willing to relocate to China)
Compensation package: Competitive base salary plus bonus & potentially share scheme with relocation package
An exciting opportunity for experienced Content Strategist to work overseas! Our client is looking for a talented English Content Strategist to join their content team in China. You’ll be working closely with product managers, designers and marketing specialists throughout the product and promotion development process to create and develop compelling content.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
Work closely with product managers, graphic designers, interaction designers, marketing specialists, and front-end developers throughout the creative process.
Create website content. This includes but is not limited to brand naming, slogans, selling points, success stories, help files, and product description.
Create compelling sales emails to attract and retain global suppliers.
Work closely with marketing team to create the social media content (short video scripts, website and product promotion article and so on).
Create PR content.
Write informative articles for the company’s app.
Be responsible for the voice, tone, and quality of the content on company’s website
Qualifications
5+ years full-time content experience (especially in marketing communication or brand content creation). E-commerce or agency experience preferred.
A portfolio showing a diverse range of work (slogan, social media or blog article, PR article, help files, newsletters, and similar).
Experience with translation management, content tools, video production, or web design is a bonus.
Native English speaker; Spoken Mandarin is a bonus but not required.
Proven experience adapting in a quickly changing environment.
