Then come in and join our team as Senior Controlling Analyst Your tasks and responsibilities: Month end activities including but not limited to cost analysis, journal entries, allocation and balance sheet reconciliations within the country; Rolling forecast preparation & reporting to local/HQ management; Keep a close watch on key performance indicators and pro-actively take corrective action by developing an early warning indicator system for eliminating deviations to forecasts / plans; Create/maintain monthly transparency on performance and target achievement through comprehensive reporting and analysis of results; Analyze and evaluate cost structures and contribute to the area; Ensuring accuracy of books and records and ensures compliance with Siemens-Financial Reporting Guidelines plus the local GAAP requirements; IT implementation for special projects (example. SAP changes); Contribution in implementing improvement measures to increase productivity; Gathering and evaluating activities that are impacting forecasts, independently providing thorough explanations for variances, and working with the managers to align and achieve their individual targets; Work side-by-side with finance colleagues in BPC DX Organization to ensure data accuracy, messaging alignment and timeliness of deliverables are continuously maintained; Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting in support of BPC’s relationship as business partner to the CS DX management. Your qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
