Job Summary:
The Senior Convention Sales Manager handles groups with more than 10 rooms for non corporate accounts and rooms based on specific markets and accounts as directed by the designated territory allocation.
Carry out day to day sales activities and coordinate with specific responsibilities for directing sales and training. Accomplishes goals set forth in the Marketing Plan with guidance of Director of Convention Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carry out day to day sales activities efficiently.
Responsible in achieving target MICE revenues.
Assist in the preparation of the Marketing plan.
Provides coaching and counselling to Sales Coordinators to improve performance.
