To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E In this role, you will be responsible for the following areas: Employee engagement: Develop and implement internal employee communication programs that drive greater awareness of key news, success and business progress, building a stronger interaction between leadership & employees across the region, delivering higher employee engagement, awareness and passion for what they do at work and in the communities they live in. Thought leadership & public relations: Develop and implement external communications strategies to increase employer brand awareness & familiarity, talent acquisition and visibility of our community actions. Community relations: Manage community relations program for EMEA. Communicate the global and EMEA charitable giving strategy to employees, share resources, and publicize outcomes to ensure maximum impact on the communities Eaton works in and the company's sustainability targets. Executive communications support: Act as a reference for corporate communications in EMEA, advising and supporting senior leaders across all businesses and acting as a business partner for the VP HR, President Vehicle Group and other selected key leaders. Your main responsibilities: Develop, structure, and support the execution of employee communication plans for both Industrial Sector and Corporate Functions (HR, CTO, SCM, EHS, IT) in EMEA to deliver a higher level of employee awareness and engagement. Manage, maintain and update external communications on I&D, careers, community and supply chain related communication through all channels (website, social media, press, event) to ensure all employees (future and current) understand and are aware of Eaton as a thought leader, an employer of choice as well as its social equity and innovation credentials. Structure, drive best practice and awareness of our social, community relations & charitable giving actions to demonstrate Eaton’s impact on the communities in which we live across EMEA. Prepare & deliver relevant leadership communication across the region to ensure employees are aware of Eaton’s global and regional strategy, performance, successes, and action plans. Drive development and implementation of digital tools (0365, email, AppSpace etc) as primary employee communication channels that deliver essential news, information, tools and services to all regional employees – including local languages, expansion of reach, access and usage, and retirement of legacy tools where necessary. Manage and nurture a team of internal and external resources to create & upgrade relevant content through EMEA digital channels (SharePoint, Yammer, AppSpace), to increase employee engagement across the region. Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Degree in marketing or communication related topics 5-8 years of experience in a similar field Communication strategy & planning development experience in: Platforms (Eloqua, Percolate, O365, Adobe AEM, Social Media) PR & media engagement Storytelling Strategic thinking, process management, strong interpersonal skills, collaborative team player, results oriented, agility & working well under pressure, project management, detail oriented English language at fluent level, and another European language (French, German, Italian, Polish, Romanian for example) an asset What we offer you: Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations, check out with the site HR what type of flexible working solution is available for this role.
