This international luxury group is seeking a Senior Group Corporate Counsel to be based in Shanghai covering China. You will be responsible for providing support on corporate commercial matters including various kinds of retail-related contract review and drafting, across procurement, wholesale distribution, e-commerce, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and other technology innovations. Ideally, you are PRC qualified with over 8 years’ PQE with experience gained from top tier law firms (plus in-house preferably). Knowledge of commercial law, data protection, E-commerce practice is highly desirable. Excellent communication and contract drafting skills are required.
