·         Forecast and analysis - Analyze monthly actuals and provide forecast by collaborating with business stakeholders to drive COGS improvement, support to facilitate R8Q and corrective action.

·         Monthly managerial accounting close - Provide closing schedules on actual and forecast gap analysis, support for Business Unit cost allocation and communicate results to the global FP&A.

·         Challenge and investigate results - checking in particular product segment toward forecast.

·         System maintenance - Perform Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes, Std cost setup, coaching junior staff about whole procedures, take responsibility as primary contact for costing methodology and master data update.

·         Solid in factory costing analysis, understand standard cost, familiar with SAP FICO.

·         Ensure compliance with corporate SOX and key controls, adherence to US GAAP and other statutory requirements and support for audit requirements

·         Ad hoc reports requested - Active participation in various business finance initiatives and other duties as assigned

·         Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

·         Good verbal and written in English

·         Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a financial business analysis / finance management role, preferably gained within a manufacturing sector

·         Good communication skills, good business and finance acumen, strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail

·         Ability to understand a problem, structure the analysis needed to solve it and come up with innovative and insightful solutions and recommendations

·         Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with changes
