Senior Graphic Designer

Location:

Exton, PA

 

Position Summary:

In this role you will work with all levels of stakeholders throughout the company to develop creative designs for ads, web properties, infographics, brochures and more.  Be part of a high energy team to provide your expertise and strategies that lead to successful campaign outcomes.  Bring your passion for designing cutting-edge designs and your energy for pushing the limits and achieving results.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Work closely with internal clients / stakeholders to generate creative ideas for meeting campaign goals
  • Use creative design expertise to develop strategies for creative design projects
  • Design original pieces, including advertising layouts, illustrations, infographics, presentations, web and email graphics, and more
  • Develop a strong familiarity with Bentley’s products and the work our users do with those products
  • Ensure the corporate brand identity is applied effectively throughout all creative and marketing projects
  • Apply typography techniques and color for effective communication
  • Develop templates and styles to help drive consistencies
  • Layout of translated content for regional localizations
  • Maintain a task list and oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
  • Optimize final files and liaise with external vendors for delivery
  • Liaise with project owners / stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist junior designers with reviews and direction to ensure their work is high quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
  • Provide regular updates to manager and stakeholders on project/account statuses
  • Manage assets in a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including applying metadata
  • Manage the corporate event signage inventory

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Years of Experience: 4-7 years in Graphic Design or similar role
  • Degree required: 4-year (Bachelor’s) degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
  • Required languages: English
  • Online portfolio demonstrating creative projects and proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Strong aesthetic skills and approaches for applying colors, fonts, and layout design
  • Can be both team-oriented and work independently
  • Can meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take feedback and conceptualize strong visual interpretations
  • Experience managing projects and tasks with little oversight
  • Proactive, self-starter, and has a great positive attitude
