Responsibilities

• Lead credit appraisal team to produce quality credit assessment.
• Analysis, review and approve corporate credit application.
• Manage communication with the front-line commercial relationship managers and provide input on structuring of more complicated transactions.
• To provide counsel and advice to the business in order to minimize losses and maximize recoveries.
• Review and validate risk rating scorecard.
• Identify and drive process improvements and other initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in finance, accounting or other business related fields. CFA, CPA or FRM is a plus.

• Solid management experience in sizable financial institutions with great knowledge of trade finance, commercial lending, lending guidelines and market credit practice.
• Strong analytical skills, credit judgment and communication skills.

• At least 8 years’ experience in banking and finance industry, of which not less than 5 years in supervisory level in credit risk & operations control; experience in handling Chinese enterprises, SME and e-commerce industry is preferred.

• Self-motivated and detail-minded with strong risk control sense and analytical skills.
