Key Responsibilities:

• Perform debt collection activity
• Perform credit review and maintain the credit terms of the customers
• Conduct meetings with business and sales teams for collection issues
• Work closely with the A/R sharing service team in China to foster AR receipt application and matching in system
• Monitor customer collection process in order to ensure timely cash collection
• Review customer receipt and approve for customers’ refunds
• Work closely with Operations and related parties to assess collection risk of each problematic customer account and take effective actions
• Support bank reconciliation on receipt parts
  
  

Requirements:  

• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Good command of written English and spoken of Mandarin
• Adaptive, flexible and able to work under tight deadline and handle high volume of customers payments
• Fast paced and mature. A good team player with strong organization and communication skills 
• Proficiency in MS application, Previous experience on using Oracle is definitely an advantage
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Credit Officer
