Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To handle customer enquiries via live chats, telephone and email for a retail Skin-care brand
  • Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
  • Shift duty is required

 

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Service
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Customer Service Officer role
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
  • Independent, self-initiated and well-organized
  • Good spoken and written English, spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge and typing skills (English and Chinese)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
