Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To handle customer enquiries via live chats, telephone and email for a retail Skin-care brand
- Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
- Shift duty is required
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- At least 2 years experience in Customer Service
- Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Customer Service Officer role
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
- Independent, self-initiated and well-organized
- Good spoken and written English, spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge and typing skills (English and Chinese)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
