Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries in English, Cantonese, Mandarin (trilingual) for global brands
- Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
- Balance customer’s expectation & service level by providing effective and efficient solutions to customer
REQUIREMENTS
- Results driven, able to work independently and under pressure
- Enjoys being helpful and talking to customers from all Asia Pacific & Europe
- Excellent communication skills, in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Monday to Friday, Work shift required
- Fresh graduate with excellent positive attitudes will be considered
