Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries in English, Cantonese, Mandarin (trilingual) for global brands
  • Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
  • Balance customer’s expectation & service level by providing effective and efficient solutions to customer

REQUIREMENTS

  • Results driven, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Enjoys being helpful and talking to customers from all Asia Pacific & Europe
  • Excellent communication skills, in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Monday to Friday, Work shift required
  • Fresh graduate with excellent positive attitudes will be considered
