Job Duties

• Monitor the performance of the CRM programs in terms of both recruitment and activation
• Collect, analyze, interpret and synthesize information from a variety of sources to generate insights, and to bring it to life with actionable recommendations that feeds into the planning cycle
• Leverage on market data & insights to new market opportunities
• Build consumer engagement with different brands through various CRM marketing/ brand programs, particularly on recruiting, activating and maintaining consumers in the CRM programs
• Manage system vendors and co-ordinate with internal IT team for proper system development, migration and maintenance
• Collaborate with internal team & external agency to ensure excellent execution of CRM promotion
• Drive and work with external agency to develop program partner network
• Ensure and drive consistent communications across different brands in Watsons’ family and the program
• Manage related social media channels
   

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years related experience in analyzing customer data and turning into actionable recommendations
• Experience in managing various types of supporting agency
• Some data processing and data management background is an advantage
• Advanced Knowledge in Spreadsheet and Desktop Database and/or SQL is preferred
• Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work independently and strong analytical
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
