Job Description

Job Description:

  • Daily monitoring of the customer service department situation and report
  • Resolve matter / discrepancies / follow up with China marketing department / customer enquiries
  • Provide supports to the sales people
  • Assist in the exhibitions in HK and overseas if required
  • Coordination with shipping and accounts department
  • Overall communications between HK and China marketing department


Requirement:

  • Degree holder with 2-3 years full time working experience in Customer Service
  • Work experience in the field of Jewellery / Watch is a compulsory
  • Knowledge of jewellery software (JDB) system is more preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good computer skills
