Job Description

Post 1: Customer Service Executive

  • Fresh graduates are welcome;
  • Experience in customer services is a plus;
  • Responsible for handling inbound calls and answer customers' enquiries;
  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Comprehensive and structured training will be provided;
  • Shift duty is required (with shift allowance).

 

Remarks:

  • Monthly salary: HK$12K-18K + incentive + shift allowance + Join-in bonus (HK$12K);
  • Working location: Tsuen Wan/ Shatin;
  • Working hour: Choose one out of 3 shifts (morning/ night/ overnight);
  • Good fringe benefits will be provided.

 

Post 2: Senior/ Customer Service Executive

  • 1 year or above experience in customer service;
  • Handle customer enquiries & complaints through phone, email and social media platforms;
  • Shift duties may be required;
  • Good command in MS office, Chinese and English Typing.

 

Remarks:

  • Monthly Salary: Up to HK$18.5K (Basic HK$8K-15K + Commission);
  • Working location: Ngau Tau Kok/ Mei Foo;
  • Good fringe benefits will be provided.
