Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • To assist the property manager/senior staff to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc if required
  • To handle enquires/complaints of customers and visitors at the reception counter in the managed property
  • To visit/communicate with the tenants whenever required for public relationship and for knowing/satisfying their needs
  • To provide administrative support in the property management office if required
  • To liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required

 Requirements: 

  • F.5 or above;
  • Min. 3- 5 years' customer services experience, preferable in property management field
  • Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and fluent in Mandarin is preferable
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skill
  • PC knowledge preferable
  • Less experience will be considered as CSO/ACSO
