Duties :

• Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails & make follow-up calls to customers
• Complete all customer requests via non-call channels including fax, email and other systems within designated time frame
• Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
• Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases
  
• Handle all web inquiries & customer requests in required SLA
• Resolve all customer feedback & complaint & escalate cases appropriately for satisfactory completion
• Retain customers with calls to inactive customers & meet company target
• Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries, customer feedback & complaint cases
• Conduct survey & regular quality check to frontline with comment aiming for service improvement
  
  

Requirements :

• Tertiary education or equivalent. Diploma holder or above is preferred
• Minimum 5 years in CS with solid complaint handling experience
• Energetic, well-organized and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
