Job Description
Job Duties:
1.Handle all kinds of bookings upon the checking guideline and proceed system input .
2.To ensure customers' requirements are duly followed up /or transferred to all concerned parties.
3. Keep good and close communication with customers to understand the requirements and needs of customers and help solving their problems/inquiries in a timely manner, especially complaints, and ensure they are properly attended
4.Booking system maintenance to ensure correct booking confirmation release
5.Keep close liaison with booking agents and local customers to ensure daily operation and MSC’s objectives & target are fully comprehended/adhered and duly achieved; work out/update training materials and organize training on operation and e-tool usage
6.Monitor and perform document control for quality check
7.Coordinate with internal and external parties to fine tune the working procedure to improve the efficiency & accuracy and take preventive or corrective action to minimize service failure
8.Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
9.Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
Requirements:
1.University graduate, 4 years or above shipping industrial working experience
2.Be familiar with MS Office
3.Excellent command of English (CET4 or above)
4.Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
5.Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills
6.Strong sense of team work and could well manage the working pressure
