Job Description

Job Responsibility


Act as key interface between LOC and GCA commercial function.


Understand Great China market plan, service needs, drivers and desires and leverage this to engage in discussions with LOC and contribute to smooth network running with operations and commercial teams.


Play an active role to communicate with LOC UTM/Capacity team to understand latest space status and share with cluster commercial team with rolling heads-up, contingency plan proposed etc.

Responsible for disciplined commercial rolling verification execution. Ensure best possible rolling / optional nominations provided to LOC as per established process and timeline.


Work with LOC operation teams on the details of cargo flows and deadline setting by feedback cluster commercial requirement.

  • Monitor and optimize transport plans to drive continuous good customer experience.

  • Avoid unnecessary operational cost while achieving the balance of commercial impact.


Follow up COV and Detention & Demurrage recalculation after contingency executed.


Understand and be familiar with local KPIs and act in line with set targets. Drive continuous improvements opportunities.

Drive capacity handling process improvement to achieve GCA level efficiency gain and support commercial requirements.

Requirements


Bachelor Degree


Minimum 2 Years Working experience in Shipping industry or related


Customer service function experience is preferred


Good command of communication and English skills


Good team player


Positive working attitude and result oriented


Excellent and efficient Excel/Power Point skills
